Forester Career
Two of the vital characteristics required in foresters are the natural ability to investigate matters when it comes to nature, and to find and create action plans for realistic long-term solutions to problems. Foresters manage forests for economic, recreational and conservation purposes; thus, they find positions in government agencies dealing with environment and natural resources, in eco-parks, and in densely forested areas, among others. They see to it that trees are in their prime before they are cut off for timber while in eco-parks, they ensure that plants and animals are taken care of while people are enjoying their tours. Lastly, they concern themselves with the conservation of trees, ensuring that forests are protected.
